1997July

Sunspring invested in a new plant in the northwestern region of Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, China. Construction was completed in June 1998.

1999August

Established the operations headquarters in Taichung, Taiwan, integrating corporate resources and management services to enhance operational efficiency and support the company’s continued growth.

2001January

Sunspring opened an office in Los Angeles to better serve its U.S. customers and provide localized support.

2002November

Sunspring established additional U.S. office in Kinston, North Carolina, featuring a vendor-managed inventory (VMI) program.

2004March

Sunspring invested in a new plant in Zhuhai, Guangdong Province, China. Designed as an one-stop manufacturing solution for customers.

2006October

Sunspring acquired Gamco, a leading zinc die-casting company in Henderson, Kentucky, strengthening its capabilities in vertically integrated manufacturing.

2007July

Sunspring acquired H&H Tube, a premier tube fabrication company in Vanderbilt, Michigan, known for hydroforming and custom tubular solutions for the automotive, medical, and HVAC industries.

2016June

Sunspring established a new plant in Taichung, Taiwan, focused on manufacturing system integration and process automation for zinc die-casting.

2020October

Sunspring established a new organization in Taichung, Taiwan, dedicated to faucet assembly, new SKU development, and assembly equipment development.

2026May

Sunspring expanded a new plant in Lukang, Taiwan, serving as its second faucet assembly facility to further enhance production capacity and flexibility.
